In very sad and unfortunate news, former “Real Housewives of Potomac” star Monique Samuels is grieving the loss of her cousin. She shared he was killed last week and hopes whoever did it is held responsible. Deets inside…
Losing a loved one is always hard. And sudden deaths are harder.
Sadly, former “Real Housewives of Potomac” star Monique Samuels is going through the emotions of losing a loved one suddenly. The former reality TV star took to Instagram over the weekend to share the devastating news that her cousin, whose name she didn’t reveal, had been killed. The exact cause of death wasn’t revealed, but she hinted that someone else was the cause of his demise.
“This hurts so much. Can barely sleep… unbelievable,” she captioned a selfie of herself with her late cousin. “Please say a prayer for my fam. My cousin was killed last night. One of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. He’s always smiling and takes care of everyone. He’s a great dad to his son and minds his business.”
She continued,
“We live in an evil world where life is not valued anymore and it’s sad,” she added. “Thank you all for the prayers. My cousins (his sis and bro) need them so badly right now. I don’t even know what to say. Whoever did this- I hope you rot in the deepest, darkest pit in hell.”
Whew. We can’t even imagine.
An outpouring of love and prayers were expressed in Monique’s comment sections, including some condolences from her former “RHOP” co-star Potomac Grande Dame Karen Hugar.
“Sending love and prayers your way,” she wrote.
After that physical brawl on the show with former “RHOP” co-star Candiace Dillard Bassett, Monique announced in December 2020 she was leaving the show.
We’re sending our prayers and condolences to Monique and her family.
